Day 10: Contentment

It is a very pleasant emotion and state of mind indeed- you get it when a desire or need is fulfilled. There are several instances of fulfilment in somebody's life: accomplishing a task, gaining recognition, living an interesting life and much more- but harming others(revenge, bullying, degrading, etc.) don't count; it isn't gentlemanly(anything that causes inconvenience or discomfort to others isn't gentlemanly).
To improve your sense of contentment, just find happiness in the simple things( or anything available in your circumstances): the beginning of a new day, when you help anyone without any reward, when you do the duties entrusted to you(try to do a bit more for extra satisfaction).
We can't be completely contented at all times;there are factors that undermine it: when we compare ourselves to others, when we find it quite difficult to execute a task according to the standards we set, when we focus on the things we don't have, when we're either in the past or future, etc...
Tips To Gain Contentment
#1 DO YOU GET ANY BENEFIT FROM BEING DISSATISFIED?
#2 Your satisfaction shouldn't be based on others' perspectives of you
#3 Start off with something easy
#4 Don't mix up satisfaction and success- they're very different!

It may look dull- but it's beautiful as well!
