"Slow and steady wins the race"
The above proverb shows us result of patience, the ability to accept delays or problems without being anxious or annoyed. It is something that could do us a whole lot of good.
Without patience, it would be quite difficult to live in this world amidst all the tension, pressure, issues and different people. This ability can be applied almost anywhere in everyday life: completing a difficult project, saving money for a holiday, dealing with a colleague, etc.
Patience can benefit us in many ways; it can develop our mental health, help us to adjust in different situations along with different people, slow us down, help us focus more, give us a clearer mind, etc.
It's quite difficult for some of us to instill, so to make it easier I have a few tips up my sleeve that may help you:
#1 Find the cause of your impatience and work on it
#2 Learn to wait
#3 Take deep breaths whenever your breath is shallow, your whole body jitters,
your hands clench or when you face any other symptom that makes you feel uncomfortable
#4 Keep reminding yourself that you can endure it...

Well said Medha. If we don't have patience, we become patient..... The process of birth is the best example of patience. Nature has given 40 weeks for human fetus to be born. If a child is born impatiently before the expected date, it suffers and battles everyday to win the bonus day, the added day of breath. The fruit of patience is always the sweetest.
