This title would obviously suggest that the past and future are more important than the present, since we either mourn over the miserable past or ponder the unpredictable future... I sometimes do it too- but I just don't know why!
This is a struggle I have always faced...and am still facing! This is a phenomenon that a few others face too. A few of us just don't understand the value of every breath we take- the breath that a few others are fighting for. Let's just try, I'm sure wet will work it out somehow.
Why should we live the present moment?
We can be happy
We can be healthy
Interaction with people will be a lot easier
We develop a sense of gratitude
We learn to love life
We realise the importance of every breath
We jump from one activity to another to get some fruit, but we get so used to jumping that we forget to enjoy the fruit of our labour...and the reason why we're even working! Let's not do that anymore with the help of these tips.
Ways To Live In The Present
Be grateful for a bonus day or breath
Realise the importance of an extra day
Think of the past in such a way that you won't be anxious(good memories, key to success, ways to improve)
Learn to love life; love to learn life
Remember that the future of your life is in your hands(but don't let that pressurize you)
Try to avoid sources that make you feel insecure about yourself

We have to learn a thing or two from these little kids: they focus more on the present moment without a care about the future.
Let's enjoy life more in the way we can!!!
Warm regard to all,
Medha
Thank you so much! Your comments really mean a lot to me! The present is something we should really value.
Superb Medha. You are philosophical for your age. We humans harp over past so miserably that we miss out on the essence of the present. God bless you pretty girl.
So true, Medha. The present is the real present for us.
Your reflections are so enlightening. God bless you, dear
