I am somebody who isn't very keen to challenges; but I need to face it- we can't live in this world if we aren't willing to accept them.
Challenges can vary depending on the person and age(students facing study issues, teenagers facing hormonal changes)- but they share the same concept: they can be accomplished if you don't see it as a "challenge" but as an... experiment. You may have a vague idea of its result, but you can control the factors .
As far as I know, there are two types of challenges: the ones given to us and the ones we take.
Challenges given to us: We have no control over them. They just come to us without invitation.
Examples: Natural calamities, epidemics, physical and mental disabilities, etc.
Challenges we take: We set them: we can alter them and do the needful. We can stop anytime(it's advisable not to).
Examples: Exercise programs, aims to become successful, joining voluntary services, etc
You may comment down below if you have any other suggestion(s).
If you view challenges in a positive manner, everything will be a whole lot easier- but I understand how hard it can be!

I have a feeling that this kid will climb the the steps- he looks pretty determined
Warm Regards To All,
Medha
