Hey guys, I would like to reveal another part of me to you...the avid reader! I have read many books from my first alphabet and number books to the fun and serious books I am currently reading.
I'm a very keen reader who looks forward to exploring new genres and learning new lessons and ideas. You see, I don't really like reading just for the sake and enjoyment- I really want to learn something from any book I read(including themes such as kindness, reality, deception, togetherness, etc).Every single book I have read (even the ones I don't remember) have been very dear to me. They are my best friends!
Different kinds of readers like different kinds of books(some may like sci-fi, others may like stories based on true events, etc), but I would rather prefer practical fiction, autobiographies, books on empowerment, etc. Man, I have too many favorite genres!
Let me tell you a few of my favorite books(past to present):
#1 To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee
#2 A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett
#3 The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett
#4 A Pocket Full Of Rye by Agatha Christie
#5 Britt-Marie was here by Fredrik Backman
#6 Friend Or Foe By Michael Morpurgo
#7 The Amazing Story Of Adolphus Tips by Michael Morpurgo
#8 The Diary Of A Young Girl by Anne Frank
#9 Secret Seven by Enid Blyton
#10 Most Roald Dahl books
The list is much, much longer...
I used to love Enid Blyton books when I was little.
Fun Fact:- I used to think that her name was Guid Blyton... maybe because of her signature!!??
I will give "better" suggestions if I come across any
Stay Happy!
Warm Regards To All,
Medha
