At times, some of us may feel that there is not enough time to complete all the tasks we have planned and that we couldn't manage our time- but this is just our assumption.
I used to look at other people and wonder how do they get so much time to complete their tasks. To answer this question, I experimented on different ways to get more time to do the important tasks(giving up free time, trying to do everything at the same time, keeping stressful due dates to complete a particular task despite how big or small it was)- but none of them seemed to work!
Why do some people get more time than others?
I pondered this question and recalled my previous experiences until I came up with a satisfying conclusion:
Everyone is being granted 24 hours. It is their choice of what to do with it. Some wake up early in the morning and get loads of time to finish their work, while others who wake up late and sleep late also get the same amount of time, but make sure you don't wake up too late and sleep too early..
This made me realize that I need to prioritize myself
What is prioritizing?
To prioritize means to rank a set of tasks/jobs in the order of importance
Why is it important to prioritize ourselves?
Prioritizing ourselves :
minimize stress
boost productivity
save time
How to prioritize our time?
Let's take a look at tips that can help us prioritize our time:
#1 Make your own timetables and make sure you stick to it- modify it according to the circumstances
#2 Balance your mind and soul- you can think clearer
#3 You were, are and will always be a good organizer
#4 Take advice from people you find intelligent, compare their findings with yours and change accordingly.
