Fear is an uncomfortable emotion due to any threat of danger, harm or pain. According to me, fear can be classified into two groups: the good fear and the bad fear.
What is the good fear?
Fear that would do us some good (prevent mistakes, not breaking a goal, etc)
Usually involves something bad
We usually consider the consequences of doing a particular thing.
Example: Fear of cheating in a test- Scared of getting caught, dissatisfaction, guilty conscience,
What is the bad fear?
Fear that will always keep us locked in our cages(expressing an opinion, making a mistake, being honest)
Usually involves something good
Here, we usually consider what people will think of us (sometimes the consequences)
Example: Fear of telling the truth about something: relief, shouting
Ways to overcome fear
#1 Why should you be afraid if you're doing the right thing?
#2 Don't keep everything to yourself, share them with others too(but in such a way that they won't be pressurized)
#3 The cage isn't a good place to be- free yourself!
Warmest Regards,
Medha

The things we fear are like this building: we can only see the exterior- but the interiors may be a lot different.
