What is a comfort zone?
A comfort zone is a state where a person is very comfortable with their environment, a place where they can feel free and not anxious.
Is it okay to be stuck in a comfort zone?
Most of us are still stuck in our comfort zones, it's totally alright in some cases- but we need to get up, leave it and explore other zones at times.
Why are comfort zones bad for us?
We won't learn to adjust in other places
We won't make progress
We won't feel the urge to explore other dimensions of life (at some point)
(Sometimes) A sense of dissatisfaction will crawl over us.
Ways to step out of our comfort zones
#1 Try new things
Trying new things give us more exposure to the different dimensions of life and is a great way to step out of our comfort zones.
#2 You can't stay here forever
It may feel good to stay in your comfort zones and some of us may be reluctant to step out of them, but we must always remember that this isn't exactly the safest place.
#3 Take risks (be cautious at the same time)
We must always be willing to take risks. What I mean by risks here is doing something you have never tried before and not getting in trouble at the same time(but sometimes getting into trouble will be an experience)
#4 You can get out of this place
