Day 46: What should I choose?!!??

In our daily lives, we all must've encountered situations that require great decision-making skills: from which cereal to choose from the supermarket to which university we want to attend. These are just a few of the myriad dilemmas we must've come across.
A dilemma is a situation where we must choose between two or more difficult choices.
This is also a tool that writers use to intrigue their audience and create a sense of tension in their minds. Let's take George Layton's short story The Balaclava Story as an example.
This is a great example of the type of dilemmas the youth back in the 70's used to face(not so different from what the youth of today face): what they would do in their hopes to fit in and how much they want to fit in.
What I learned: We shouldn't be impulsive in all our actions and that we should think of the consequences before taking any step. It's okay to not fit in or to not have what the others have(though it can be very difficult at times).
Dilemmas can be disturbing and sooo annoying at times- but we need to consider all the options carefully all by ourselves or with the help of others(the latter would be more advisable) and the rest will happen for the best.
Warmest Regards,
