Day 57: Start anew!

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you wake up in the morning? There are many things, but let me name a few: time to work out, why can't I sleep some more, what will we do in school today, will my employees live up to my expectations :) and so on.


I believe that waking up in the morning is just like a bonus; we are granted a new day for a specific purpose(that can vary from person to person), so it's best to be grateful for every single day in our lives and do as much as we can.


Speaking of which, I'm currently reading The Magic (by Rhonda Byrnes) with my family. It was recommended to me by a dear friend- now, here I am, recommending this to y'all.


This book is filled with a writer's take on gratitude for 27 days. Each day covers a different aspect of gratitude and ends with an activity you have to do for that day or even the days that follow. There are many instances of repetition, but you'll get used to it.


Even if you're a very grateful person, this book will do you some good-you will get more to be grateful for. You can read it alone or with a group.


Remember to: Start the day positively. Spread love and peace. Keep smiling :-) :-) :-)
