Hello again! I've decided to make a 50 day blog where I write about my perspectives of life each day( I may even continue). Today, I'm going to tell you where I have noticed the "true" meaning of life from. There are many sources(friends, family, motivational speakers, books, )- but that one source that catches my attention is...meditation. It is a chance to reflect on who you are, what is going on, how you can make yourself happier and a bit of reality( I focus a lot on that sector). You see, I used to be a hot-tempered girl, who couldn't control her emotions or anger.Basically I was... emotionally unbalanced. To fix my problem, mom told me to start meditation; I was a bit hesitant at first- but later on, I decided to give it a shot - surprisingly...it worked! From that day on till this day, I wake up every morning at 6 am and meditate- not daily(but almost)!
Additional Tips:- If you want to pay attention, focus more on your inhalation and exhalation.
Our brain are restive tools, but if we tame them, they will be as right as rain
Try Vipassana meditation
It helps you concentrate on your breathing.
