Q5: Define success

I always wonder: is success really wealth, a high station, a top-notch house or any other exclusive possession? To answer my question, I did some background research(reading books, checking the internet, watching inspirational videos, asking my parents)- but I couldn't come to a conclusion despite everything I tried; many sources state that success is a high position, while others state that it is something we do that gives us happiness.

This put me in a dilemma since I agreed with both of them. Then I did what I thought of as the last thing in my head: to ponder! I sat in an area for quite a long time and just deeply pondered the two ideas in the hope of achieving something.

Well, looks like my hard work had paid off, since I had come to a conclusion that these two ideas were somehow related. However, I had taken the side of success being called happiness after imagining myself working as a dissatisfied employee in an office, who was paid well and had many friends to support my career(but that didn't give me happiness).Yikes! That thought was unbearable!

Success to me is publishing a blog, composing a piece of music, finishing a book and much more. I also feel that success can be anything to anyone, a giant leap from failure and most importantly: satisfaction.
